  • Bonding Babies Baby massage courses are perfect for babies from 6/8 weeks to pre-crawling. There are so many benefits for babies and parents including improved bonding, quality time together, alleviating wind, colic, constipation, colds and teething pains, improved sleeping patterns and above all its fun!

    Courses run for 4 weeks and each class lasts one hour. The massage sequences are learnt gradually and safely, there is time for discussion topics eg sleeping, crying, when to massage your baby and adapting massage for the growing child and organic oil, mats and comprehensive handouts are included.

    Courses run on Monday mornings form 10-11 and Friday mornings from 10-11 at David Lloyd, Meridien Leisure Park on a rolling basis. Contact Liz for the next course start dates.
