  • Lets face it – working out has lots of advantages but its never been known to be SO much fun – UNTIL NOW! ZUMBA is a fitness class inspired by Latin rhythms (Salsa, Meringue, Samba, Cumbia) and by international dance (Hip Hop, Flamenco, Bollywood) its great fun and works out your entire body.
