    Husband and wife team - William and Kerry Johnson. Will is the managing director of the business and Kerry is the sales manager.
    Both are of the opinion that the timing is right to establish a retail outlet in Flint for the sale of Wood Burning stoves, fireplaces, biomass boilers and solar heating systems. The new business will be complimentary to their existing business – Johnson Heating Services Ltd (JHS Ltd).

    We are able to offer expert advice on ways to reduce consumer reliance on gas and oil heating, and how to link solid fuel and oil/gas boilers together. In addition to the expertise in solid fuel and biomass systems, we are also experts in the supply and installation of solar systems. We have supplied and fitted a huge amount of underfloor heating systems in the past and it is intended to have a display area of underfloor heating solutions in the showroom. We are solar Thermal accredited installers and have built up a high level of expertise in this area and are able to provide expert advice and sales of this product.

    Once the business is established, we are planning on becoming a major player in the supply and installation of biomass boilers and heating systems, this will be in line with the Renewable Heating Incentive (RHI) due to be rolled out for domestic customers by the national government in Oct 2012. We are looking to be in a position to capitalise on the Governments RHI Scheme - a pot of money that has been set aside for the introduction of renewable heat products into the commercial and private sector. The pot consists of some £850m and is available to the commercial sector now and the Domestic sector from Oct 12.
    Located in Flint, in 3,600 Sq Ft premises comprising showroom, offices & reception area, which is ideally located for the road network on the edge of Flint retail centre. We are centrally located within Flintshire and we are only 30 minutes by road from the centre of the Wirral peninsula and Chester; both of these are high population and high employment areas.
