  • We are a friendly group, active in furthering interest in, and knowledge of the human history of Marlow and the surrounding area.
    Develop your interest in archaeology with us through Fieldwork, Excavation, Monthly meetings with a winter programme of talks on a variety of history/Archaeology-related subjects,Visits,Regular newsletter,Training under the leadership of a professional archaeologist.
    The Thames valley is rich in history and the remains of human occupation from Mesolithic, through Iron Age,Roman, Saxon, Medieval and more recent periods.
