  • Pilates class 9.30am in Seaforth Hall, Warninglid every Wednesday morning. Small, friendly classes with a fully qualifed instructor (Reps level 3, Pilates Institute trained). Mixed level class aimed at all ages and levels of fitness. It focuses on the core postural muscles that help support the spine and keep the whole body balanced. It can help reshape your body so you feel longer, leaner and more toned and flexible. Classes are run as six-week courses. Please call or email for more details.
