  • The Serenity Centre is starting a brand new slimming club called NaturallySlim. It is called NaturallySlim because we believe in changing you on the inside to make the changes you desire on the outside. This is a whole new concept in weight management and our aim is to banish the idea of 'diets' from your life forever. The difference between ourselves and other slimming clubs is that we will be looking at the psychology behind eating. Why do we comfort eat? How do we develop new and better habits? We offer more education about eating and lots of tools to help yourself. The course is being run by Helen Fogg and Lorraine Knight who are both trained hypnotherapists but who also bring other skills. The course starts on Monday, 23rd January 2012 at 7pm and will intitially run for 12 weeks. The classes will last for 90 minutes and cost £10 each - or you can book the whole course for £100. Places will be limited and we are expecting to see some great results so book early to avoid disappointment.
