  • In Olympic year, the fifth London 10,000 will follow a stunning route likely to be the one used as part of the Olympic Marathon.

    Starting and finishing in St James's Park with Buckingham Palace as the backdrop. You'll pass many of London's famous sights, including Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, The London Eye, Cleopatra's Needle, Tate Gallery, Millennium Bridge, The Monument, Lloyds of London, Leadenhall Market, Bank of England, Mansion House, St. Paul's Cathedral, Horseguards, Nelson's Column and Admiralty Arch.

    Here's how you can take part in the 2012 Bupa London 10,000:

    1) pledge to raise £100 minimum sponsorship for us and we'll give you a Charity Place

    2) online entries have now closed but if you got your Own Place please use it to run with Team CF and raise whatever you can for us

    In spring 2012 we aim to head into a multi-dose clinical trial to replace the faulty gene that causes CF with a healthy copy. We are leading the world with this ground-breaking research that has the potential to prevent the development of the lung damage that causes 90% of deaths from Cystic Fibrosis.
