  • Just to let you know Invicta Kickboxing Club are back at Tonics with a fantastic 8 week course for beginners and improvers starting 29th February 2012. The course runs on Wednesdays from 7-8pm. Learn how to punch, kick, bob, weave and parry with good technique whilst getting a total body workout. Fantastic for fat burning, fitness and total body conditioning. Great for self defence. No partner needed. Beginners welcome. Non-combat-you use pads, gloves and mitts.
