  • Need motivation to loose weight, be healthier or both?Come and join us at the Youth and Community Centre in Holywell on a Thursday at 6:30pm. My name is Nicola and I am here to help you loose or maintain your weight with extra support from our great members. We have a great time and exchange tips and recipes each week.I have lost 60lb in total and know all the highs and lows of weight loss. Weight Watchers latest plan is fantastic and can help you get to your own goal(s).
