  • A new Slimming World Group is opening in Eye, at Hartismere High School, on Thursday 16th July 2009, 7pm. It'll be held every week on Thursday @ 7pm.For those of you who've not tried the Slimming World healthy-eating plan before, it encourages you to eat a wide range of foods from all the food groups, and soon it will become a way of life, eating a healthy diet. No foods are restricted.   And for those of you who have followed Slimming World's Food Optimising in the past, the eating plan has now become even easier!You'll receive loads of support from myself and also the group as a whole. I lost over 3 stone follwing Food Optimising on my weight loss journey, and have been at my target weight for a year.
