  • we took over the business on the 2nd of april 2009, we would like to think we run a very friendly pub that peolple can relax and enjoy,we open 7 days a week from 12 noon all day, food is served mon-thurs 12-7, fri-sat 12-9, sunday 1-6, we have a bar menu and special boards, but if you fancy something not on the menu, then ask us, if we can do it we will, we make our own pies and our food is fresh, we also make real chips,and our own soups, come and give us a try, we have an open fire that is lit and roaring most days, we also have a secure childrens play area, and also colering books and crayons in the pub, we have kids fun days on bank holidays, with bbqs and hog roasts.the scenery and countryside around us is second to none, great for a walk out or walking the dog.
