  • We offer you warm hospitality and peaceful surroundings in our C17 stone farmhouse on the Broughton Castle estate.   We are a working family farm with cattle, sheep, hens, horses and sheepdogs. Our Higher Level Stewardship status reflects our environmentally sensitive methods of farming.  Some of our meadows are listed in the National Garden Scheme and there are many beautiful walks from the farm. Choose from a double, twin or single room, all very comfortable with co-ordinating décor.Each room has a wash basin, hospitality tray, arm chair, digital TV / radio and hairdryer.We can also offer you free wi-fi access.  The bathroom and separate toilet is shared. Enjoy a delicious English breakfast with our own free-range eggs, home made preserves and local sausages in a traditional Dining Room with log fire on cooler days.  For evening meals there are some excellent pubs in nearby villages.  Picnic lunches are available upon request. Relax in the garden or enjoy the many beautiful walks from the farm.  Broughton Castle featured in Shakespeare in Love is only a mile away and open to the public May – September.  The market town of Banbury (3 miles) and the delights of Oxford, Stratford, Warwick and the Cotswolds are within easy reach by car.  We are 6 miles from the M.40 (J.11) and easily found on multimap.com
