  • Situated in the garden of the owners' Victorian House on the edge of Hinton St.George, the cottage enjoys a peaceful location yet it is only 200 yards to the village shop and pub. This former hamstone barn enjoys superb views from all windows and a terrace on which to sit out. The accommodation, with full central heating, comprises two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with kingsize bed, the other with twin beds) and a large bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and washing and drying machines, etc. Upstairs there is a cloakroom plus a large open plan room with sofas ( at one end and a modern fitted kitchen and dining area at the other. The cottage has won a four star rating from the English Tourism Council since its conversion to current use in 2002 due to its high level of comfort, furnishings and facilities. Children are welcome but we regret that pets are not permitted.
