Join your local Weight Watchers meeting at Avon Business & Leisure Centre, Avon Road, Cannock WS11 1LH every Thursday at 5.30PM -6.30PM & 7pm - 8PM and Saturday at 9AM Weigh and go meeting and 10am. My name is Michelle Goode  and I run the meeting and have lost 4 stone with Weight Watchers, so I know all the ups and downs people can have on a weight loss journey. You will be warmly welcomed, it is easy to join, you will find lots of support, the weigh in is confidential and my talk will give you the motivation to succeed.
