  • Ideally located on the Suffolk/Cambridgeshire/Essex borders set in the valley of the River Stour, with fabulous far-reaching views of the countryside right at your feet.,Enjoy comfortable accommodation in a peaceful setting, with a warm and friendly welcome and a breakfast to kick-start the day!,Our accommodation is conveniently located near Haverhill, which is ideal for tourists and business users alike, and anyone who wishes to just enjoy a relaxing evening, with fabulous scenic views, and an undisturbed sleep!,We offer two extremely good sized well equipped family rooms with en-suites in our annexe & another double room within the main house, all include tea/coffee & toast making facilities, and one room comprising newly refurbished and equipped kitchen area, including fridge, microwave & toaster.  Rooms in the annexe can cater for one, two or three people sharing.  All rooms are ground-floor, with their own independent access, allowing for added flexibility & freedom. Rooms include colour TV & free Wireless Internet.,Breakfast is included within the price of the rooms, but if this is not required, or a full-English is not to your liking, we can offer alternatives, and the room rate can be adjusted accordingly.,House-trained pets are allowed but it is the owners responsibility to provide for them, and we do just ask that they are not left alone, unattended on the premises (please do enquire first upon checking availability)., We aim to make your stay as pleasant as possible and look forward to seeing you soon...,
