  • We are a very friendly pub who put our customers first. We have home cooked meals - large portions or small and oap prices in our restaurant plus accomodation facilities for people who do not wish to drink and drive, contractors who are working in the area or for people who just wish to do walking and want to stay close by. We are situated just off the main road (1077) and have just been redorated right through inside and hopefully in the future the outside as well.  On Saturdays we have a band on - all different sounds such as rock, irish, jazz etc which we are sure will appeal to all peoples taste.  We are a pub that is all for community unity so therefore we try to arrange different events such as bonfire nights, gavfests, christmas parties, maypole dancing all to get the villagers involved and the proceeds that we make go towards various activities in the village.  We are sure that once you have been you will want to come again and again.
