  • High quality 2 bedroomed Bungalow in the heart of the Suffolk Countryside. Open fire, gamesroom and large garden. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, families and the Elderly. Good Local Food. The interior consists of large hall with wooden flooring and has a large closet with hanging space. The fitted kitchen has all appliances including washer/dryer and dishwasher. The lounge-diner with wooden flooring has an open fire, flat screen TV, DVD and Stereo.  The master bedroom has a double bed and television. The second bedroom has a futon bunk bed and separate single bed. The bathroom has both a bath and powershower.  The property is centrally heated and decorated  in a modern, clean, simplistic style. There is wireless internet access for use with personal laptops.Also shared with the main house is a garage/gamesroom containing table tennis, air hockey, Xbox with dancemats and darts amongst other games available (may not be available during winter months). There is use of a chest freezer and additional tumble dryer for guests. Additional facilities indoors include selections of DVD's CD's jigsaws and books.  Comprehensive information is provided with regard to local attractions, where to eat, local facilities, shops, walking, cycling etc.Cycles are available for small charge.All bedding and towels are provided. The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery etc.Welcome pack of shopping can be organised by prior arrangement.The family in the main house, who are the owners of the property, consist of a professional couple, 3 children (12, 10 & 8), a rather old black lab, a very young white Westie and a rabbit (all very friendly).The large shared garden provides a safe external enviroment, ideal for children, away from the road and has access to a bridleway.  The Bungalow has its own dedicated patio/terrace which is accessed through sliding doors from the lounge. Garden furniture and BBQ. Children are welcome to use the12' tramploine and climbing frame situated in the garden. The garden is often visited by local wildlife including deer.The Garage/gamesroom contains table tennis, airhockey and darts and is shared with the main house (may not be available during winter months).
