  • The Black Bull, Old LanghoOriginally built as a farm house in 1554, 'The Bull' was part of the old Dunkenhalgh estate.  Over the years refreshment was offered to travellers making the journey from Preston through to Lancaster.  With the advent of the railway and industry, the larger village of Langho sprang up around the station leaving Old Langho as the leafy hamlet it is today.Carrying on the tradition of old, today we offer an array of beers including a resident Jennings Cask Ale and a guest beer which changes twice monthly - New World Wines and, of course, non-alcoholic beverages. An extensive menu is available ranging from sandwiches to innovative snacks - Hot beef & sauteed mushroom ciabatta with a creamy pepper sauce, is a particular favourite - to a la carte dishes.If you have any enquiries, please do not hesitate to caontact us.
