I'm looking for any info on the Connel family prior to 1800 for my family tree. I know of Sarah Connel b.1791 d.1861 (mother was Mary ? believed b.1760 surname unknown).**She was married to John Pettinger at Gate Burton 31.5.1813.**I've got the Pettinger line back to 1620 but am stuck on the Connel line. If anyone can help~ I'd be really grateful(if I make it over there next year~ I'd love to chat over a cpouple or so beers. Derek Harris

Loking for relatives of Albert Good~ coal merchant~ 1871 Doncaster~ presumed to have died by drowning in the river trent~ married to Helen Amanda Furley~ Pianist~1871 Derby.**I am their Great Granddaughter.**Their daughter Dorothy Alice 1897 was my grandmother~ married first to Henry Cooper~ then to John William Stanger of West Vale ~ Greetland.

We visited the Blyton & Willoughton area recently looking for gravestones for ancestors~ with limited success. The only people we found were Matthew & Sarah Frankish in Willoughton. However~ I'm also trying to find more about their ancestors~ and their daughter Rebecca~ my three time great grandmother.**In Blyton~ I'm trying to track Stow relatives~ starting with Thomas Stow and Hannah Gleadle~ my four times great grandparents.**I'd be grateful to hear from anyone doing their own research into these families~ or who can help with any local history.
