I'm looking for information regarding any disasters in the area between 1830 and 1875. My great-grandmother came from Morriston-Swansea due to a tragedy in the area--just what~ we don't know. Any information or referrals would be much appreciated.

Visited Clydach in June 1997 to vivit the memorial to his Grandfather William Henry Lewis died 1905 .My father mother was Emma Hill Lewis and she married Edgar Richard Bastin French in Swansea Parish church in May 1912 .I know Lenard Lewis her brother went to America .

Looking for anyone who knew Harry Sinclair Finneral born in 1909~ lived in the area~ also his father James Edward Finneral. Understand Harry worked in the local steel works.

I beleave that I had a relative living in Morris Road Morriston **I think he was my Grandfather. His name is Charles Watts my fathers name was Percy Cliford Watts.He married my mother hername was Elsie May Watts and the maiden name was Govier

I started a mobile cinema group six years ago and we now have agroup of twelve who all live in the near district all of us are volunteers noe being paid. we go to Community Centres and also to Village halls showing feature films that we obtain from the makers. We have over this time shown some 550 films in this area from swansea to Carmarhten in the west.
