We originated in Fernhurst, with major branches in the surrounding villages of Lurgashall, Bramshott and various other places. From here we went to Australia, Canada and the USA. Researching the family tree of my husband and his grandmother was born in Shottermill in 1897. Her name was Hilda May Fewtrell~ daughter of Thomas Fewtrell and Mary Gingell. He was a leather dresser who moved to Camberwell in London.****Any connections or advice would be gratefully received.

I am desperately looking for descendants of Arthur & Susannah Price who lived in the early 1900's at 27 Underwood Rd.~ Haslemere~ it could even be in Hambledon/Witley area. They had children William~ Robert~ Eileen and Stanley. They were an Army Family that originated from Isle of Wight. In 1911 Stanley was still at home the older boys were away in the Army and Eileen was working in Midhurst. If there our any descendants out there I would dearly love to hear from you. - Thank you.

My great Aunt Gertrude Richmond nee Hall was a Petty Officer in the WRNS~ I have a pewter tankard in my possession given to her from the people of Churt in recognition of the work she did there during the second world war years. What work did she do? Does anyone have a record of the work she did?

• There are some good items on eBay relating to Bramshott camp. Lots of postcards, and some items sent to and from soldiers staying at the camp.

My great uncle Thomas Reynolds Flegg died in the Canadian Hospital in Bramshott **England and is buried in St Mary's Anglican Church yard.****Is there a marker on his grave and how do I get a picture of it?****Sheila
