My family roots come from the lutterworth area, Sarah Davies (1836)Wellford, John Johnson,(1841) Hollowell, John Payne Johnson (1863) Lutterworth. Also Botril family name and CORBY family names. If anyone can furnish information about my family and/or the history of the area I would be greatly appreciative.

A number of Coles are listed in the Lamport Parish Registers (marriages) in the late 1500's and early to mid 1600's . John Cole(s) and Anne Yorke were married in Lamport~ Northamptonshire in 1632~ sailed to New England and settled in Hartford~ Connecticut) soon after marriage. There are now many living Cole descendants in the USA from this marriage. I wonder if there are any living Cole descendants still in England who can trace their ancestry back to Lamport? Looking for any information on William John Clarke (my great grand father)~ Landlord of the Vine Inn on Staion Road Brixworth Northamptonshire around 1901 : I believe he was married to Sarah (nee Patrick) and had 5 Children including my Grand father William John Clarke born 1899. would love to see any old photos of the Vine Inn if anyone has any ?
