My wife is descended from William Whiteman (chr May 29, 1803, Wilshamstead) and Lucy Clarke who came to Canada about 1842. William was the first (?) born son of Richard Whiteman (chr. October 3, 1779,Houghton Conquest)and Mary Clark.

I have a lot of information to share with anyone who can help us out.

Hi~**I am chasing any info on the Mayes (sometimes Mays) family who I believe came from the Wilden area.**My GGGrand father Samuel Mayes came to Paddington Brisbane Australia on the ship "Renfrewshire" ex Liverpool on 12-1-1883 arriving 29-01-1884.
