My great~ great grandfather was Thomas James b1839~ Llangatock Lingoed. He married Margaret Parry (father was John Parry of Llangatock Lingoed b c1798 married to Sarah)and produced many children! My great grandfather was Allen James who married Elizabeth Blackwell. I would like to know what happened to Allen as Elizabeth died a year after giving birth to their only child~ Violet~ my grandmother. Does anyone remember Mr Paul Astle and his wife Sandra who lived in the village **in 1973.**My name is Reginald Bacon and I served with Paul in the Royal Navy in Singapore **1968-1970.**Paul is the Godfather to my son Lewis.**I lost contact with Paul many years ago and I would dearly love to meet up with **him again.**I tried to find his cottage a few weeks ago purely on memory but I'm afraid I **couldn't find it.**If someone knows or remembers Paul and could help please contact me.
