I am looking for information on the Ling family who lived in the Little Plumstead~ Witton area of Norfolk. I am especially interested in finding out more info. re: a Robert Ling who was born in Little Plumstead in 1814. The info~ I have about him is that his father's name was John Ling who was an agricultural labourer~ he was married to an Elizabeth Griffrin b. 1819 and their son~ Walter Ling b. 1852 in Blodfield~ Norfolk was my Gt. grandfather. I am very keen on genealogy and have managed to get as far back as 1461 for one of the brances of my family. However as far as the Ling side of my family are concerned~ I am stuck at 1814~ in Little Plumstead. Can you help me ?

I am looking for information on the Kahler family. They lived in Blofield abt. 1850-1915 or longer. Some of the family came to Canada abt. 1900. They owned and operated a Bakery on 'The Street'. One relation (John Henry Kahler)when enlisting in the RGA WWI stated he was a Baker and liv ed on 'The Street'. Many in this family were Bakers. Are there any Kahler families still in Blofield? I would love to see some photos of 'The Street' or any photos of Blofield.....Maureen

I am trying to find Christine Coleman - that was her maiden name in 1966 . She may now be 60 years old and lived at Church Farm~ Strumpshaw in the 1960's . She trained to become a teacher in Brighton~ Sussex. She worked at Hazell's Restaurant~ Great Yarmouth during the summer holidays. I am an old friend from the 60's and would like to find her.
