I am trying to find relatives of Peter Anthony Simpson who I believe lived in Chapel Road, Lingwood or Winterton on Sea? He had three brothers - Paul, Michael and Mark.

From the research I have already done it would appear that Peter Simpson died in 2008 in Bury St Edmunds.

He also had a daughter Rebecca.

Any information gratefully received.

I am tracing my mothers family and have many strong links to Cockfield~ with varying spellings of Campon~Campen and Campion. My GGGGrandfather was Henry Campion being born in Cockfield 1832 and was listed as a journeyman butcher amongst other things. He married to Martha Boggis and I can find 10 children. Any information would be sincerely appreciated.

looking for any information on Thurston Hall or any local manor house/hall or residence of local gentry. My grandmother was Jane Annie Cocksedge (illegitamate) b 1890 Thurston from the large Cocksedge family who lived there and in the surrounding areas and my grandfather was Ernest Green who's family also came from the area and his grandmother was a Cocksedge. I can trace both lines back to one set of ancestors. Jane's mother worked at the 'Hall' as a dressmaker before she became pregnant.**Deborah

I am trying to make a connection between Ralph Smyth of Hingham Norfolk (c1612-1633)~ Churchwarden John Smyth~ Wm.Spring family~ and Edmund Hobart Family. Does anyone have any information to share~ or know of a local records depository~ that will determine if there was a kinship between any of these folks.

An ancestor apparently was of St. Mary's Parish~ Horringer. John Benjafield died in 1832. Can you tell where St. Mary's is~ and if records are available and where. I will be visiting in April 2009.****Thank you.

I am trying to find out about Dorothy Bullett who attended Hessett School~ Suffolk~ in 1910. I believe she married my father~ Lewis Wheeler~ in Barnsley~ Yorkshire in 1927. My father married my mother in 1942. Neither of them ever mentioned Dorothy & I am curious to know more about her.

My dad~ Harry Barnes was born at 261 the lays Tostock to Hannah Ellen Barnes (nee Whitton) 1907. He was sent to Canada as a BHC. Hannah also had children Lilian born 1884~James born 1887~Walter 1890-1907. Hannah was married to Ephriam Barnes in 1883. Ephriam Barnes 1856-1904.
