RICE family~ originating in Market Hill~ Armagh. Late 1700s to mid 1800s. I am trying to find information on an ancestor .. Michael RICE born in Market Hill late 1790s .. he joined the military and ended up in Scotland (marrying Agnes Campbell) and then the family were sent to New Zealand .. Searching for information on John Hendren~ born 1714 in Markethill to William Oliver Hendren and wife Mary Esial. John had one brother William Esial Hendren born in 1712. John is my GGGGGGG grandfather. John and Mary moved to the US in the 1730's. If you have any information on my family please contact me.

Looking for relatives and information on Joe Wallace who died in last 10 years from Market Hill. Lived on the Wallace farm his whole life. Alexander~ one of his older brothers~ married Sarah Graham~ who lived on Main St. in Market Hill in the early 1900's. They both went to the USA in the early 1920's. Looking for any information or a person I may contact who may be able to tell me anything about either the Wallace or Graham families. I will be visiting area in Sept '09.

Looking for ancestors Thomas Conolly b:1886 in Markethill.**He married Matilda Payne whilst stationed in India~ and the left Bombay in 1872 for Australia.**As far as I know his father was also Thomas but I know nothing else about the family.**If anyone can help would me much apprciated.****Kind Regards**Lorraine Coombs**Australia
