Any births~ marriages~ deaths to be located for Arisaig from before June 1790? I know they were not registered at that time~ but what about Catholic records? Any books with this info? Any web sites? My Catholic ancestors left Scotland in 1790 on the ship 'British Queen'~ also known as the 'Queen of Tobermory'~ arriving in September 1790~ on Prince Edward Island. It is known that about another 96 families from Arisaig on this same ship~ went on to Quebec. Thank you.**
