I recently saw a listing on Google from someone who listed Thomas London and Ann Trigall as 3rd great grandparents. I also have them as 4th great grandparents and would love to make contact with whomever the contributor is. The Pitton/Farley villages are the ones I am interested in. trying to trace my family tree. My Great grandparents were Joseph Fern born 1856 in Checkley~ and Lavinia Mary Locker born 1865 in Lodge Dale~ Checkley. Just wondering if anyone else has come across these names while researching their family tree.

I am a native of Robin Hood Farm~ The Forest~ Marchington. I have lived in the Uttoxeter area until I was 18 ~ ~years old. I then entered the Royal Marines. I have lived in what was South Staffordshire~ now called West Midlands for many years. I have relatives in Alton~ Denstone~ Rocester~ Ellastone~ cubley(my mother was a Redfern)Marchington~ Sudbury~ Newborough~ Draycott in the Lay~ Hanbury Stramshall and Uttoxeter~ Once a very large extended family~ now decimated. I am interedt in local history and families.

Looking for my long-lost Green family from Alton~ Staffordshire. One of my great grandfathers was born in Alton~ 15 Oct 1809. His name was George Green and was the son of Joseph and Ann.
