MY father was Bernard Lee born in 1922. I know little of his background apart fro the information he gave me that he was from somewhere near Dundee. We lived in Leith~ Pirrie Street till 1960 when the family emigrated to Australia. All I know is that we were related to Tansy Lee the Boxer and that my Aunts name was Nan ~ who married an Edward Kay from Glasgow and his other sisters names were Sarah and Lizzie

I`m Brenda from Australia researching the Dargie (born Aberlemno Angus)**Saunders~ Alexander ( born Errol ).**My information so far Mary Saunders age 32 married Andrew Dargie age 58. **About 1810 (no marriage found) had 4 children Mary 1811. Sarah 1813~ Helen~ **Alexander 1820.**MY problem is I can only find about a Mary Alexander who married an Andrew **Dargie in Errol 1810.**Can anyone help me. **Questions- Is Mary Saunders and Mary Alexander the same person.**Was mary Alexander widowed or ?**Mary Dargie was burried in the Howff Cemetery as Mary Dargie / Saunders. I **believe in Scotland the women keep their maiden name. **I would be extremly grateful for any help. could do research in Australia in **return. Thank You Brenda

I`m Brenda from Australia~ researching DARGIE~ SAUNDERS~ ALEXANDER.**I`m looking for anyone who can help me~ I have gone back in my research to Alexander Dargie born 1820 Rescobie~ parents- Andrew Dargie born Aberlemno Angus & Mary Saunders from Errol. This is where I`m stuck.**My documented info so far is -**Andrew Dargie & Mary Saunders had issue-**Mary b. 1811~ Sarah b. 1813~ Helen b 1820~ Alexander b 1820~** I can find a Mary Alexander from Errol who married an Andrew Dargie in 1810. **Questions- Was Mary Alexander married previously to ? Saunders (can`t find) as Mary Saunders was 32 yrs old & Andrew Dargie he was 57. when their first child Mary was born in 1811. (can`t find a marriage for them) Maybe he was also previously married as well.** Andrew & Mary are burried in the Howff cemetery in Dundee it says on her burrial Mary (nee Saunders) was born Errol.**Can anyone help me unjumble this mystery.**I would be very willing to do researching in Australia in return.
