I am currently trying to trace my great grandmother emily sylvia knight, she was born 1875 in kinnersley, herefordshire. She was married in 1894 to Samuel joseph duggan and then she remains on the census up until 1901. Samuel remarried in 1909 in merthyr tydfil. But Emily seems to have disapeared, wonder if any one has any information.

Looking for descendants of John Powell and John Lewis. John Powell 1821 living in Titley. John Lewis was his nephew. Some years ago I bought a copy of Hoppus's Measurer## a ready reckoner for builders etc. I then found inscriptions by both of them inside the cover. It has been on my conscience ever since to return to rightful descendants without charge but have been unable to trace them via normal web sources. I am researching my family history and have traced back as far as my Great Grandfather~ James Daniel born 1849 (he later became James Daniels)~ who~ according to the 1851 census was living with grandparent/s at the time in Marston and his Mother Ellen~ and sister Elizabeth . my grandfathers family~ george and his brother william~ lived in Stansbach. George moved to London sometime between World war i & 2 - Will remained at the family home.
