Has anyone any info on this family, Father Charles Goldsmith b c 1800 m Maria Freeman b c 1807, their children were Charles James, Robert George, William Henry, Richard Daniel, Maria Ann (my relative), Elizabeth Pullen, James Freeman, Caroline Francis, Mary Louisa, Sarah Ellen & Walter Joseph.I have some info on some of the family coming to Australia but would love anything anyone knows about the family. I am searching for information on Fredrick Bridman Windsor~ he lived at Claringbole House~ St. Peters~ Isle of Thanet~ Kent~ Near Ramsgate. I have a book bound in a fine leather binding~ in the form of a handwritten journal~ written by him~ concerning his travels of an Eight Months Tour through Germany~ Italy~ & Sicily (to name a few) from 1847-8. The book is facinating~ with original colour illustrations~ and every item that he accrued on the trip~ from playbills & hotel bills~to love letters~ bound into the book. I'm facinated by the book and would love to know more about the author and his family. In particular~ what his life was like after the trip. If he is buried there~ I'd love to visit his grave.** Any help would be appreciated.

Im trying to find my lovely aunty phylis~ she was married to my uncle~ Jim oliveria who sadly past away.My mother was in regular contact with her~but as my mother also died recently i am hoping to speak to find her happy and well.I do know she sent mum a card while in hospital but i have no address.Please get in touch ive left my email adress ~hope to hear something soon .michelle

Im doing my family tree and Ive traced my Goldsmith family back to Kent. My ancestor George Goldsmith was living in Minster in 1837. He had two of his children baptised there in that year. By the 1841 census his wife (Mary) and their children were living with her parents in Deal and she was a widow. Ive been unable to find a death certificate for him~ and as I live in the north of England~ Im unable to look in church yards in Kent. Id be grateful if anyone in Minster could tell me if theyd come across his name in any church yards.

i have been searching for a relative who originated from monkton area.my great gran father was frederick marshall and lived at dockerhill monkton with his wife winifred.this lady died whilst staying at hill house~tothill.they had a child named rose anna baldwin marshall.her mothers name was winifred baldwin richards marshall.frederick remarried a lucy may hatcher they moved away from the area but on their return frederick had passed away 1936-1937.rose anna was then looked after by her then guardian lucy~they lived at gore street cottages.we have never known what happened to lucy rose or frederick.do you have any knowledge of this family?rose would be in her early 80s now.we would appriciate any information.thankyou.margaret brown.
