Looking for infomration abt ggggparents Thomas Armstrong and wife Mary Little both born 1791 of Canobie~ plus their daughter Jane~ b 1816. Also looking for her husband~Christopher Dixon of Harelaw Hill b 1812 in Eskdale. They were married in 1838 in Dumfires. All emigrated to Australia (Victoria). Thanks!

I am looking for information about Adamson family who had a shop in Newcastleton in the late 1800s. They had a son called William who moved to Somerset and married an English girl {Alice Burge } in 1905. He was born in LOanhead ~ so maybe they moved from Edinburgh.
