Great-great grandfather~ Harold Partington~ emigrated from Top of Heap~ where he had been a dairy farmer. His uncle~ John Partington~ took over the dairy. Harold's father was James Partington~ born ca. 1838. James' father was Charles Partington born ca 1816. Please e-mail me if you have info. She was baptized on 16 Aug 1742~ at St. Chad Church~ Rochdale~ Lancashire~ England. He died intestate without a will and his estate was probated 28 Mar 1807.

I am looking for my grandad~ Patrick Stroud~I think he is living in Rochdale with his wife Margaret Stroud~ they've been married for around 10 years and i think he's been living in Rochdale for nearly 15 years~he's originally from wimborne in dorset and was married to jean stroud~he has 3 children there~His birthday is 7th march~but im not sure what year~he is around 70 years old x
