You are most welcome to a copy of the photo, perhaps you could help me pinpoint exactly where in Epwell the photo was taken, as there is no proper address on the census' for Epwell.

I am doing family history research for a high school classmate. ****She is the descendant of one Minnie (Willett) Fraser who came to the US in Jul 1909. On her immigration record it states that she was the daughter of George Willett of 30 Dodge Rd~ Gravelly Hill. He apparently lived in Aston at the time of the 1871 and 1891 censuses (I cannot find him in the others).****I cannot find Dodge Rd on any map. Was it perhaps obliterated to make room for the renowned interchange?****Any help would be appreciated

hello all~ i am trying to find out about alfred moore born in 1845 or 1846. he married a girl named ellen and had children~ william~ joseph~ jane ann~ walter~ john~ emily and fanny. i know they moved to stockton but i cant find anything else about about alfred and his parents or ellen~s maiden name. some censuses say they were both born in halesowen~ some say dudley some say rowley regis. if anyone can help i would be so grateful. i have been looking for ages for more information on alfred and i am at a loss as to what to do now. thanking anyone in advance~ helen

Rowley Regis was the birthplace of my grandfather William Redfern who later moved to Derbyshire along with other members of the family. He married Agnes Morris whose family also originally came from Rowley Regis.**He had brothers called John~ Joseph~ Josiah~ Aurther and Thomas. He had sisters called Myra~ Ann~ Edith and Amy.**My father was also called John Redfern - same as myself - and I recall as a boy visiting the homes of both Myra and Thomas - in or near Dudley.

Is anyone able to point me in the direction of someone in the area with a good knowledge of local history. My maternal great grandmother gives Swan~ Stafford as her place of birth in the 1891 Census. I am trying~ then~ to find more family of Louisa Bradley (born 1861) who had moved to the Manchester area by the time she had a child - my grandmother Mary Ann.

Anthony Timms married Ann Berry~ Feb. 4 1841 at Aston juxta Birmingham~ Warwick~ England. Believe they came to USA the same year~ some of the Berry too. Were in Michigan 14? years then to California. Ann died Jan 23~ 1904 age 85~ so would have been born around 1819? Anthony died in Stockton Asylum 1880. Sound familiar to anyone?

I am looking for descendants of Peter and Susannah Hall who lived at Whyle Street~ Langley in 1881. They had 3 boys and a girl. Their son~ George~ married a mary Ann Clay and they lived in Vicarage Road~ Odbury (opposite the baths) in 1901. They had 4 daughters and a son - Lily~ Annie~ George~ Florence and Ethel. Does anyone know any more about them?
