Trying to find what became of my grandad William Tinmouth Bulger~ I believe he was born approx 1911 although where I Havent been able to find out. He came from south shields when he married HVS Lovell in 1946~ he lived at 15 King Street~ south shields. The name Tinmouth is very strong in this area and I believe there is a connection due to it being an unusual middle name. Any information would be of help and would be a wonderful gift for my dad.

My mother's family originated in Tyne & Wear (my grandfather James Robinson Cairns was born at Low Pitt~ Willington. His father~ grandfather and great grandfather also came from the area. I am doing my family History which I have traced back to the Stobbs Family from Wallsend~ who then were Landlords of te Wheatsheaf Inn~~ New York. Their daughter Hannah married John Bell = Jane Ann Bell married John T Hetherington and moved to Shiremoor = My Father Robert Bell Hetherington was born there. John T Hetherington's mother came from Wigan and her name was Ann Highton - any further info on any of thesepeople~ I would be grateful.

i am trying to find any relatives or information regarding relatives of my family who was born in the whiteleas area of south shields~ either thomas or janice lawson~ or harry whose mother was emma wilson who lived at marsden by the grotto.harry used to work in the shipyard and then went on to drive the buses~ as for tommy and janice lawson they moved to whitley bay.also i am looking for alfie and june lawson who used to live in frederick st in the 1970~s.

  My Parents are Alfred Lawson born 1940 and June Lawson born 1936 who were married in 1966. My Dad lived 1 Benton Road, Whiteleas before getting married. He has a sister Janice who married Tommy Morton. My Dad's other siblings are Betty and Derrick. My Dad's parents were called Elizabeth (nee Wardle) and William who were married in 1929. My Dad mentioned he had relatives who moved to Wolverhampton and he used to visit them.

My father was from South Shields and was killed at the beginning of the second world war~ My mother Mary mabel Short (Nee Carr) remaried and we~ as a result of the second marriage moved to Eyemouth. We then Emigrated to Australia in 1995. I hope this reaches someone who is related.
