I am looking for any information about my great grandfather Henry Stacey who liven in Benham~ Nr. newburry in 1917. I believe he was born in the 1830's He started a second family and my grandfather was born Sep. 24~ 1892-or3 when Henry was close to 60... Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for genelogy information. The period I am looking at is 1850 to 1910. I know they were Romanies and bought property in Tadley but do not know whereabouts although I think it may have been in Mulford's Hill area of Tadley. They lived in Kingsclere/Wolverton/Tadley and Lambourn.

I lived in Bishops Green from 1930 until 1947. I went to Greenham School during WWII. There was plenty of excitement there during the war. I watched the first C47 take off just after 11PM during the night for D-Day.

Ann Sawbridge b. 20 July 1776 in London was married at Speen in Nov. 1808 to Patrick Maxwell who was later (1812-1825) appointed Curate at Thatcham. Ann Sawbridge was at the time of her marriage living in the Parish of Speen. She was the daughter of John Sawbridge (Lord Mayor of London 1775~ died circa1795) and Anne Stephenson. Any information about the Sawbridge and Maxwell families in and around Speen during the period will be greatly appreciated.
