Looking for the Potts family from Spurstow around the early 1800's. John and Ann Potts and their children Jane b1817~ Thomas b1819~ Samuel b1920 and George b1822. George married Jane Rathbone around 1847 possibly at Henbury. Any information on Potts families would be great.

I am researching Samuel Witter born about 1820 and was a farmer in Clotton according to his son Richard's marriage certificate in 1871 when he married Ellen Hayes in Liverpool. I have a marriage for a Samuel Witter to Caroline Mary Ashton but have yet to confirm it. Any information anyone can give would be appreciated!

My mother was Gwendolyne Barker - my grandparents were Jessie (nee Moore) and Joseph Barker. Lived in Tarvin in Sunnyside house around beginning of 1900's until grandmother died around 1955. Jessie was on the Women's Institute. Buried in St Andrew's church. Anyone know anything relating to family?

I live in Australia and my name is Fearnall. As it's such a rare name I'm wondering if my family were named after Tilstone Fearnall. My ancestors I can trace lived in Worcestershire~ I can't find a link to Tilstone Fearnall so far. Perhaps there is a link in ancient history. Does anyone know why the village was called Fearnall? Perhaps it used to be Tilstone until an Anglo-Saxon family named Fearnall invaded it?? I would appreciate any information re: Fearnall. Many thabks~ Kate

Hello**I am interested in the family of a Mary Lowe who was born in the Tarporley **area c 1740. She married Abraham White at Tarporley 13.12.1761 and then lived **at Utkinton. I think a Richard Lowe was her legal guardian. Any information **on Lowe and White families of around this period or earlier would be much **appreciated
