I am researching my wifes family and I am looking for Karen Michelle Moore or Karen Michelle Atkin-Moore,she was born in 1969 and married Robert Moore in 1998 and I believe they have a son and I know they lived in Elkesley or still live their.

Such a charming village. I always stop-by when I am in the area and look for possible traces of my wheelwright~ farming~ and shop-keeping ancestors who lived there throughout the 19th century - and beyond in Elkesley. Sadly~ they have left no identifiable trace in Bothamsall~ but it is good to see how well they chose where they lived. No doubt~ though~ they often sat beside the ford over the River Poulter~ watching vehicles take their chances on pretty but tricky crossing.
