I am looking for any information on the Nudd family that lived in Fakenham Magna.****Robert Nudd married Susannah Smith on 11 Oct 1798 in Fakenham Magna~ they had 9 children all baptised in Fakenham Magna**Susan 1799~ Lucy 1801~ Phebe 1803~ Robert 1805~ Maria 1808~ Mary 1810~ Amelia 1812~ James 1814~ Deborah 1822****Robert and Susannah are buried in Fakenham Magna Church but I could find no stone. looking for any information on Thurston Hall or any local manor house/hall or residence of local gentry. My grandmother was Jane Annie Cocksedge (illegitamate) b 1890 Thurston from the large Cocksedge family who lived there and in the surrounding areas and my grandfather was Ernest Green who's family also came from the area and his grandmother was a Cocksedge. Alexander Robinson Gale, was apparently Master of Horse to Ferdinand-Philippe, Duke of Orléans - not too good a one, it seems, as the Duke was killed when his carriage horses bolted. His father was an army Captain with the same name. KDG's mother was Maria Susan Amelia Haines, born around 1830 in the Nilgiri Hills in India to a Indian Army surgeon, William Haines. I am trying to trace relatives of a Charles Burrows who was born in Exworth or Ixworth in Suffolk. I believe he was a private in the 32nd Regiment Light Infantry in 1881 based in Aldershot and may have died in 1886 at the age of 25.****Can anyone help******Lorraine

My ancestor John Stutter was born here on 1st June 1596 as was his wife Agnes **Lacie. Their children were born here about 1623 and also Ixworth~ Pakenham~ **Honington Fakenham Magna.
