Lived at Laurel Cottage , Tattehill Tutbury Common...Resided there from at least 1932(marriage cert) until his death in 1971. He had a nephew called Eric Mosedale who was the informant on his death cert.

• Hi my name is malcolm charles and my great grandmother was Violet Bonell born 4-8-1889. Her father was Charles Bonell His father was Cornelius Bonell born 1810 in longdon, staff's and married to Sophia born 1826 in (Breforton?) staff's Cornelius father was John Bonell and his father was also John Bonell who was burried in longdon staff's in 7-8-1782. I do have more info on brothers /sisters and some dates if this is of interest. Looking for anyone connected to the Riley family from Mavesyn/Hill Ridware and the Jackson family from Burton Upon Trent/Yoxall. The Riley's lived at Pipe Ridware~ Pipe Ridware in 1851 with 3 of their then 4 children~ Sarah~ Elizabeth and Henry. Can any one help?****I'm trying to trace 2 brothers who I believe were adopted in the early 1950's possibly into the Armitage area although I do not know this for certain. Another family member seems to recall them being adopted by a Post Master but agian I cannot be sure of this. They were called Alan and Ronald and I believe they may have kept their first names as I have recently seen a photo of Alan aged 13 that he sent to his Nan and Grandad. My Father often talks about visiting them in a childrens home in the Sedgley area with his grandmother who was not allowed to adopt them by their Father. Their mother had died of TB at the age of 24. ****Any information would be greatly appreciated as I would love my father to know that these boys hopefully had a good life and for him to be able to exchange family stories with them. They still have an Aunt age 92 and 2 uncles age 88 and 75 alive who would also love to know they are ok. ****Should anyone know them then please reassure them that we have no desire to cause any problems but hopefully just to let them know that people always remembered them and cared. They can contact me directly and should they wish to have no further contact then their wishes would be respected.****Many thanks****Sue
