My Gr Gr Grandparents were Mary Hughes daughter of Elizabeth Fawkes 1795 and Thomas Hughes born 1771 . Thomas Ettenborough born 1786 in gaddesby. Mary Hughes was born 1804 in Towcester. My question: are there any relatives of either that still live in Towcester. I am going to visit London and hope to visit Towcester for a day this December 2009~ Thomas and Mary emigrated to the US in about 1830

I have a great great grandfather named Samuel Henry Coates who was born on 7 August 1820 in Syresham~ Northamptonshire. His parents were recorded as Thomas Coates and Catherine. He was living in Syresham (in Bridge Street) at the time of the 1841 census (aged 20) and is listed as Henry Coates. He was a carpenter. He married a Charlotte West in Daventry in 1842. They had a number of children~ most of them born in Weedon or Everdon. There children included William b1845~ Ann b1846~ Benjamin b1847~ John b1851~ Samuel b1855~ Elizabeth b1857 and Charlotte b1860. If any persons are able to share any information on this family could they please get n touch

i amm tracing my family tree and found that my gr gr gr grandfather was born in foxley about 1800~could have been a bit earlier~he was married in 1824~ in cold higham ~ if anyone knows anything about him~ please let me know ~his name was james leon cook.** thanks sam cook
