Thomas 1796 and Elizabeth Clarke 1795 were my Great Great Great Grandparents living in Plymtree. Their children were Betsy 1823~ Ann 1825~ Harriet 1827~ Thomas 1829~ Melony 1833~ Marianne 1836~ Harriet married a William Snow. I am interested in any info on this family

• Harriet Clarke and William Snow were my great-grandparents.There were two sons, William Henry, b Taunton Somerset, 1857 and Thomas b St Pancras 1862 - 1915. They are both buried in Manor Park Cemetary London. William married, Mary Ann Julia Wright and they had ten children. Thomas married Emma Viveash and they had seven children. There are of course a couple of skeletons in the cupboard - as there are in the best of families - are you content with this information or do you want to know more?

You may be able to help ??????**My father died last year and in his retirement years he tried to trace back the birth place of his father Sidney William Foweraker born we think 1883 in your village.****He did not have a birth certificate and he was in a childrens home untill he was sixteen then joined the royal navy as they did~ so I have been told in those days. ****He also had a sister Florence Amelia Foweraker. I personally have visited your village and have seen grave stones bearing the name Foweraker.**My father has traced his fathers naval service from 1901 to 1921 when he was demoblised I am wondering if its possible to trace the former years and maybe you may be able to help??**John Foweraker
