Looking for descendants of Henry Ford b. 1793 and his wife Charlotte.

Their daughter Rachel Ford born 31-Mar-1820 baptised 27-Aug-1820 is my great-great grandmother. Her siblings include Eleanor Ford born 10-Apr-1815 baptised 06-Jul-1817 Jane Ford born 23-May-1817 also baptised 06-Jul-1817, and Ann Ford born 20-Jul-1829 baptised 06-Sep-1829. All Stoke Ash.

The Ford family moved to Cheshire some time after the death of Henry in 1829. Rachel Ford is listed in the 1881 census married to George Blease, Blacksmith and living in Rainow, Cheshire.

My 4th Gt. Grandfather John PEARSON was probably born in Dickleburgh around the begining of the 18th Century. His father was also a John and died before 1768 [I have a copy of his Will dated 28.4.1767 which also mentions Peter PEARSON & Grandson Thomas RODWELL]. 4th Gt. G. John married Sarah PRICKE 23.7.1745 at Sudbury~ Sfk. I have a copy of a Settlement Cert that shows that John & Sarah settled in Long Melford~ Sfk from Dickleburgh. Can anyone help with dates of B~ M & Deaths - any info about this family.

Hi~ I have just started a new branch of my family tree. John Ford was born in c 1823 in Stoke Ash. He later moved to Cheshire and raised his family there including my great-great Grandmother~ Sarah Ann Ford who were all born in Congleton~ Cheshire. John had 17 children~ but I cannot believe that May had them~ possible he may have had a secound wife called Mary COPPIN.****I look forward for feedback****

Hello~ **We are researching the Battle family~ who emigrated to Australia in 1852. We have tracked our family back to an Edmund Battle from Campsey Ash~ who married Rebecca Davy from Syleham~ she was born 12/10/1824~ her parents were Thomas & Sarah Davy. We are really keen to learn Edmunds true lineage as we are visiting the UK at the end of the month and would love to visit the area of my husband?s ancestor ? we?re just not sure which ancestor beyond Edmund is the one to focus on! Edmund married Rebecca Davy and they had 2 children~ Ephraim & Sarah~ in England before emigrating to Australia~ though little Sarah died on the way. The ship was the Java (the smaller~ German one).We have quite a few sources of facts/figures if you are interested. Or if you could direct us to where we might find some more information~ it would be much appreciated. Edmund went on to found quite a dynasty of Battles in Australia~ many of whom were quite prominent in the pioneering of this country and quite entrepreneurial (and still are). So it would be nice to see where all this came from. I'm tracing my grandmother's family. Her grandfather~ Thomas Noble~ was born in Bressingham in 1838. When his brother was baptised in Roydon Parish Church~ their father William was a farm labourer at Darragh Farm. Does anyone know where Darragh Farm was - it sounds to me as though it might be Darrow Farm - there's a Darrow Lane close to Roydon~ I think. Does anyone have any local history knowledge on this?
