Does anyone know a man who is 61 years of age on the 16th August 2011.
He was born in Netherlea Maternity Hospital Newport in 1950 and was called David Pollock. At one month old he was adopted. He is known by another name now and possibly has a family of his own. If anyone knows him or can help please get in touch as I have been looking for him for years.

I was wondering if anyone had information on the Wellwoods before they left for Nova Scotia~ Canada. I believe it was the early 1800s. I plan on coming to the UK in Jan 2010 and would like to visit the area that my ancestors are from.

Hi****Iam researching my family history and wondered in any one has any information regarding My grandfather David Bathgate from TownHill and my grandmother Helen Dawson who came from dunfermline.****David's parents were George Young Bathgate and Frances ( fanny) Bathgate -nee Sneddon.**Helen's parents were Robert Dawson & Agnes Dawson nee Mitchell Wood.****Any informationa would be gratefully recived.

Hi~****Iam researching my family history and would like to hear from anybody that has links to the "Bathgates" in Town Hill.**My grandfather David Bathgate lived with his parents George Young Bathgate & Frances Bathgate ( fanny) nee young at 5 store row Town hill in 1901 along with other siblings of my grandad.**Also my grandmother who married David Bathgate- Helen Dawson~in 1931~ Helens parents were~ Robert Dawson & Agnes Dawson nee Mitchell Wood these lived in appen crescent before they died.**Any information on any of these would be very much appreciated

I'm searching for the family history of Thomas Gibson from Fife## born 1488 died 1513. The family went on~ at some point~ to Ireland~ then Canada then Michigan~ USA. I'm from the Michigan branch. Other first names in the family were James~ Joseph~ William Araher~ John and Archie. Any help would be appreciated.

I am looking for information on Ethel harriet Baynham~ whom i have being born in charlestown fife 20 may 1893~ i have no further info about her~ other than she married my great grandad thomas ramsay in Bathgate on 25 sept 1920 they had a son Thomas edward scott ramsay in 19 mar 1922 in edinburgh. can anybody add details about her parentage? please.
