I have found the Banns for the marriage of my Great Aunt Harriet Ellen Burlingham to John William Cooke at Threxton in 1895. The Banns book is deposited at the Norfolk Record Office, but not the marriage register. Could anyone tell me where I can find the marriage register please, to confirm the name of Harriet's father?

My ancestor~ Rev. Rowland Ingram was the Rector of St Peter~ Little Ellingham between 1860 and 1872. I am seeking details about the charitable gifts received for church restorations circa 1867-1869. There is a report that the east window is a memorial to Rowland Ingram's family. A Miss Corsallis is also said to have been a benefactor (one of Rowland's nieces was a Corsellis). I would also be very interested in information about the parsonage occupied by the family.

My ancestor~ John Tower~ emigrated from Hingham in 1637 to New Hingham~ Massachusetts. I am trying to obtain any information regarding a man called Mike Sanham~he lived in the old brick making yard in Shropham maybe in the 1920s-1930s could even have been later. I have heard tell that he once played a one man cricket match against one of the Edrich family. Does anyone have any recollection of him or this event?

I am looking for my ancestors who came from Carbrooke . My gg grandfather was George Newson he was born 1798 approx. his mothers name was Sarah and his father Edward we think. George was transported to Australia in 1822 for stealing . On all his papers we have here it says that he was born in Carbrooke Norfolk and tried at Norwich Shirehouse we are looking to confirm his parents names and year of birth if anyone could help that would be great .
