Can anyone help me~ i used to live in the village of Bradely and lived in Sunnyside road where i was born~ it is now called Smithy lane or road. I attended the local school with my elder brother Arthur. Our neighbours were Salmons~ Wootens. I lived there for seven years from 1954 and my parents were Geoffry meadows who worked for Norman Holt on the farm and my mother was Barbara~**I have very happy memorys of my childhood in the village and of the school~ the head mistress was miss yelland who ruled with a rod of iron. Has anyone got any old photographs of the village in the fiftys or early sixtys and any old school photos has mine got destroyed in a fire many years ago.

Hello~ I'm looking for anyone who may have information about Thomas and Mary Moore. They had five children - William Henry~ Charles~ Alice~ Thomas and George. I have information about William~ but little about the rest of the family. I believe that William was born in the village towards the end of the 19th century.

Hello~****My name is Ronda Reno~And alot of my Ancestors Decended from Gnosall~They came to the Americas in 1700~They carried the surname of Forester which we spell Forrester now~I am a Decendant of Thomas and Mary Forester both born about 1645-1650.They had several children 7 to be exact~This gathered from Church records~William Forester one of there sons and his wife Martha Elizabeth Campbell came to America which ofcourse started my line here in America if there are any living decendants of there other living children which were Woobaston born 20 Sept 1678~Thomas born 8 Apr 1684 and my line William born 16 Aug 1681.Thomas Sr.I belive had a brother named Edward who married Katherine Burley~If anyone would be so kind as to help me with this it would be deeply appreciated~**Ronda Reno**Royston~Georgia U.S.A.

My mother was Dorothy Hill and she lived with her family at Sybil~ Doxey at the time of the 1911 cencus. Her father was Herbert John and her mother Lillias. Is this house still there? Does anyone have any information?

My ancestor George Owle (howell/houl/howl/owl/etc) was transported to **Australia in 1802 for stealing a horse. He was arrested in Gnosall and it is **thought that he came from this area. He undoubtably had a wife and children. I **am seeking contact with any descendants or anyone who can give me advice on **where to find information.
