The re-configuration of the school buildings are close to completion with the succesful decant of the old temporary buildings into the new temporary buildings.  Last week saw the demolition of the canteen unit and the existing temporary buildings.  This now releases the building footprint of the new school extension.  Over the next two weeks there will the reduced level dig of the site and the commencement of foundations and drainage.  This will entail a certain amount of lorry movements with the carting off site of materials.  The issue of the temporary power will be resolved shortly and this will allow the generators to be taken off site.  Once again we thank all of our neighbours for their patience during this time.
