The Three Tuns Public House in Great Hormead, Hertfordshire, require a hard working and dedicated couple* to run the restaurant and bar side of their business. The lease is owned by two local businessmen - one a farmer and one a baker, and has a fantastic local feel to it, with a bustling bar area and a restaurant which holds approximately 60 covers per sitting. The job would start on May 1st, or as soon as possible after that.

The pub requires one person to run the restaurant, with innovative ideas for the menu and a person who is open to suggestions from the lease holders, and one person to be the life and soul of the bar area; welcoming customers as they come in, and forming a relationship with the many locals who frequent the place on a daily basis; always with a big smile on their face. There will also be monthly events organised by an external source, which the couple would be expected to work with.

The couple would have live-in accommodation in the sizeable area upstairs, all bills paid for including internet, plus all food expenses. The job would be a great project for two individuals willing to really get their teeth stuck into this newly acquired pub.

*We would consider a single person on their own if the individual fitted the bill.
