Polish Ex-Combatants Association Remembrance Service

Warwickshirebased Polish airmen who lost their lives while serving with the RAF during theSecond World War will been remembered during a special service.

The CoventryBranch of the Polish Ex-Combatants Association will be holding their annualRemembrance Service at the St John the Baptist Cemetery, Church Road, Baginton, (CV8 3AR) near Coventry Airport on Sunday 6th November.

The parade willassemble at the Royal British Legion Club, Kimberly Road, Baginton and willmarch of at 3pm. Drummers from the band of 121 (Nuneaton) Squadron will leadthe way as the parade of standards and veterans marches through Bagintonvillage on its way to the graves of the Polish Airman who lost their liveswhilst serving with 308 (Krakow) Squadron at RAF Baginton.

Polish veterans,their families and members of other ex-service associations are invited toattend.
